These salt lamps added a soothing glow into my bedroom at night! They also help me to unwind... and i've even found they make a good small reading lamp. Also, the price for two lamps could not have been beat! Enjoy:)

First the product is excellent! Good size, good looking, and has made a noticeable difference in air quality in just two days!
Second, shipping was very fast! I suspect they are pre-boxed and ready to go out the door.
The internal boxes did look imported, but the product did not suffered for low quality card board boxes, the outer box was sturdy, and stuffing was more than adequate to prevent jostling.
Overall, one of the better shopping experiences of the year!

While I don't really know about the claims for ion generation, these lamps are really as beautiful as everyone says. The only bulb I had when I got them was red, and it made the lamp look like "the Great Dragon Heart". They give a warm glow even nicer than candlelight. Anyone coming into my apartment comments on them. No one believes they are really salt, until I give them an explanation and demonstration. I do have a little concern about the mining of this ancient salt, and the wiring/socket is not ul approved and a little flimsy, but I wouldn't trade them for anything. Almost thinking about ordering more.

I'm sure the lamps would look good if they were not so beat up. I suppose I could blame the shipping co. But that would not be fair. The 2 lamps 30lbs, were in a flimsy cardboard box which was not sturdy enough for this weight. It was a little mangled. Inside I expected to find the lamps in nice boxes as most things come in, instead it was almost paper thin & totaly mangled & torn. No way I can use them. Others I have bought are always nicely boxed for gift giving. Worst of all the lamps are half white & looked scraped & salt is falling off.
This is no way to deliver a package. I won't be giving these to anyone for Christmas.

THESE LAMPS ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION AND WERE JUST BEAUTIFUL. WE ALSO BOUGHT SOME FOR FRIENDS PLUS, FAMILY AND THEY WERE ALL SO EXCITED ABOUT THESE LAMPS. EVEN THE CHILREN WERE ALL EXCITED. THEY LOOK LIKE PINK SNOW CAPPED MOUNTAINS IN MINITURE. AND WHEN YOU LIGHT THEM UP THEY ARE ALL SO DIFFERENT IN COLOR AND SHAPES THAT YOU JUST CAN'T PICK OUT WHICH ONE YOU LOVE THE MOST. THE COMPANY BTSC SHIPPED PROMPLY AND THE ITEMS WERE WELL PACKED AND ARRIVED PROMPLY. IT IS TRUE THE ~INNER~ BOXES WERE LIGHT WEIGHT. THE LAMPS ARE HEAVEY,SO YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL PICKING THE INNER BOXES OUT OF THE MAIN SHIPPING BOX. WE JUST CUT THE LARGE SHIPPING BOX ON THE SIDES AND SLIPPED OUT THE LAMPS. AND THEY WERE FINE. FOR A GIFT I JUST REINFORCED THE BOTTEM OF THE BOX IT CAME IN AND PLACED IT INSIDE A NEW GIFT BOX. I THINK AT THIS PRICE THE ITEMS WERE FANTASTIC! THEY WERE BETTER THEN WE EXPECTED. THEY CHOSE THE SALT SPRING WATER CONTAINER MORE OFTEN THEN THE FRESH SPRING WATER THAT WE HAVE PLACED THERE. WE HAVE NOTICED THE COLORS OF THIER COATS ARE CHANGING TO BRIGHTER PRETTIER COLORS AND SO SOFT! WE ARE JUST VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. I SENT ONE OF THESE LAMPS TO A FRIEND.. SHE THEN ORDERED 4 MORE FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.. I WAS SO HONORED SHE LOVED THE GIFT SO MUCH. WE FEEL YOU JUST CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS PURCHASE !
