This arrived with no warranty or paperwork identifying the manufacturer. There were no instructions or information for returning it included either. The only instructions for assembly were pictorial. It arrived well wrapped in protective covering, but when the covering was removed I found a highly visible gouge in one metal piece. I would have returned it, but I needed it too badly. Because of the lack of instructions the assembly was more complicated than it needed to be. The knob that tightens to keep the angle of the tilt table does not stay tightened and causes both tables to shift. It would be nice if the flat table to the side could be separately adjusted for height. As it is, when the tilted top is high enough for me to use it for reading, the flat side table is uncomfortably high for use. The +-base is more stable than the T configuration I had on a previous table.

I ordered this desk mostly because of the price. The desk is great, didn't take a lot of time to put together. Anyone can do it. The only thing is look at the steps and pictures. If you just like jumping in and figuring out, you're just asking for a headache. The main part of the desk is adjustable. It also has stoppers on the ends just for safety. That is good feature, but could be a problem if you have controls and ports on the front end of your notebook. Like I do. I have the volume, wifi on/off button, media card slot, head phone and mic port located there. You would need to adjust the desk to avoid it sliding down and have the port covered, if you need to access them. I don't use them much, so it's not a problem for me.
I use the alternate desk for my mouse and some stationary items. I see other reviewers have had problems with adjusting the height of the desk. I see how this a problem with the desk, but I just adjusted it once during construction and didn't need to readjust it anymore. Really, it's not that difficult. Just unscrew the device, move up or down the desk and screw it back in. Simple. I do have to admit that this is not a good desk for "bed use" due to the short arm and overall construction, but it's great in every other way.

Although I bought mine from another source, I have this model. It is fairly simple to assemble, all the tools are included, and seems sturdy enough. I am using my 17" laptop on it and it fits on the table perfectly. It is ideal for having my computer next to the couch while watching TV, when something just needs to be looked up. I would recommend this as an inexpensive solution for keeping your laptop handy, without having to use your lap,lol.

First, it's ajustable for heigh and low. Hi, it's not one hand or one touch ajustable. You have to nail in or screw in and out to adjust it. You can't adjust the height when you are in bed.
Second, the computer table is so short that you have to lie at the edge of the bed to use it.
Third, I ordered from Star [...]. Don't order from this site anymore. It is said will ship next day. They keep saying will ship out tomorrow. But it takes 10 days to ship out.
Fouth, the table is damaged when I received.
