I am kindof short and for my back I use a kneeling ergonomic chair, so a lot of desks are just too tall. Setting this to 28 inches works perfectly. It's easy to assemble and fairly sturdy, although it isn't a table you'd want to stand on. The top surface is laminated particle board, so it bends a little if you lean on it.
Also, corners were dented when it arrived. The manufacturer should pack it better.
Otherwise I'm quite happy with it, if you need a short table, this will work.
